WM-SEB type, immersion electrode, offers state-of-art microprocessor technology and permits automatic operation as well as adaptation to different water supply qualities. If an electric current is applied between two electrodes, which are immersed in water, the water acts as a resistance due to the minerals - irrespective how few there are - thus closing the circuit between the two electrodes. The current flows between the electrodes and the water temperature increases to boiling point, generating steam, due to the principle of the Joule heat.
Since the steam generated doesn’t include impurities, this humidifier can be used in a wide range of
applications.
